You will find amazing teachers, owners, and staff ready to welcome you in each of these wonderful studios. Hello! Thanks for visiting our website. We are a Bikram Yoga studio, the original Hot Yoga. The 26 postures of Bikram Yoga are held, with stillness between each posture, for 10 to 60 seconds each. This is vigorous yoga, challenging for all levels but accessible to all levels. It is beginning-level yoga that is practiced throughout a lifetime for continuing development and benefit.
The class starts with breathing and ends with breathing.  A series of warm-ups, balancing postures, and stretching postures are done standing. The floor postures include a series of spine strengthening postures, stretching and compression postures, and the final breathing leaves you completely relaxed, worked from the inside out, bones to skin, fingertips to the toes.
Certified Bikram yoga teachers lead you through the most fun and effective yoga class in the world. Work your body from the inside out... every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon, gland and organ.
Anyone can do this. All fitness levels are welcome, all ages are welcome. You are only expected to listen, follow instructions to the best of your ability, and stay in the room. You will quickly find yourself gaining amazing strength and balance, doing things you would never have believed you could do, and feeling better in your body than you ever thought possible.
Time passes, everything changes. Everything will always change, your body will  change. It's your choice, you can choose Bikram Yoga, and change for the better.  Practice yoga.
