All fitness levels welcome! The room is hot! Bring a bottle of water (drink plenty before you come) a bath-size towel and a yoga mat. Men wear shorts or swimsuit and women shorts and yoga top or tank top. Come to class with an empty stomach and an open mind. No late arrivals or early dismissals. Come and experience the life benefits as you work your body from the inside out... every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon, gland and organ.
